Michael Oglesby

General Manager

Mike joined ETI in August of 2000 to manage the company after the operation was moved from Nashville, TN to its current location in Madisonville, KY.  He brings with him over 20 years of management, analytical and sales experience.  A team builder and a goal oriented person, Mike intends to insure that quality and service remain second to none.

Ray Spraggs

Field Services Coordinator

Ray joined ETI in July of 2002 after spending 22 years in the public utility industry.  His duties include marketing, customer service, job quotes and daily operations.  His knowledge and experience in the utility field is an asset utilized to provide our customers with the best service possible.

Roy Groves

Field Services Foreman

Roy brings with him 29 years of experience with 69kV, 161kV and 345kV substations.  He has installed, maintained, inspected, tested and replaced a variety of bus work, equipment, and lines in 165 Western Kentucky substations.  Roy has also performed oil spill containment and clean up under EPA guidelines. His experience is a great asset to ETI.

Kevin Jacobs

Laboratory Manager/Chemist

Kevin has been with ETI since January of 2001.  His 16 years experience in commercial laboratory analysis is helping us provide our clients with reliable data in a timely manner.  Kevin understands the value of good QA/QC when considering how critical your oil analysis can be to your operation.
